Sweet Haven Bakery was founded in 1998 by master baker Elena Martinez, who learned the art of traditional baking from her grandmother in France.
For over 25 years, we've been dedicated to creating exceptional baked goods using time-honored techniques and the finest ingredients. Everything is made from scratch in our kitchen—no mixes, no shortcuts, no compromises.
We source organic flour from local mills, use European butter, and work with seasonal fruits from nearby farms. The result is baked goods that taste like they came from your grandmother's kitchen—if she was a professionally trained French pastry chef.
